How to Get to Singapore Island Cruise

Navigating your way to the Singapore Island Cruise is a breeze. First, hop on the train and make your way to Marina South Pier station (NS28). Upon arriving at the station, take Exit B, which will lead you directly to the Ferry Terminal. 

Once you’ve made your way to Marina South Pier MRT station, it’s just a quick one-minute walk from the station to our ferry dock. Simply head southwest on Marina Coastal Drive, and you’ll find us right there at #01-04. Keep an eye out for our bright orange ticketing booth at the pier; it’s your gateway to embark on a memorable journey to the Southern Islands. 

We’re here to ensure your adventure starts off on the right foot, making it easy for you to access our ferry services and embark on your island-hopping adventure.

Please note that parking is extremely limited at Marina South Pier Ferry Terminal, so we recommend using public transportation for a hassle-free experience.

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Please note that all tickets sold are non-refundable.
  • Weekend Advisory: We recommend avoiding travel after 3pm on weekends due to the high volume of passengers during that time.
  • Two-Way Trips: Each ticket is valid for a round trip to both islands, and there are no additional charges.
  • Weekday Return: On weekdays, specifically at 3pm and 5pm departing from St. John’s Island, there are direct ferries back to Marina South Pier.
  • Ferry Route: Our ferry route takes you from Marina South Pier to St. John’s Island, followed by Kusu Island, before returning to Marina South Pier. Please note that there is no ferry service from Kusu Island to St. John’s Island.
  • Advance Booking: To guarantee a seat, we strongly advise purchasing ferry tickets in advance online.
  • Weekend & Holiday Delays: Please be aware that delays in departures can occur during weekends and public holidays.
  • Flexible Boarding: You can board the ferry at your convenience on the day of your trip.
  • Limited Parking: Marina South Pier offers limited parking, so we recommend using public transportation for your convenience.
  • Extra Ferries: Depending on availability, extra ferries may be arranged outside of the planned schedule.
  • Waiting for the Next Ferry: In case of delays or unforeseen circumstances, our team will strive to organise the next available ferry promptly.
  • Safety Instructions: Lifejackets are under the seats and donning instructions can be found throughout the ferry. In the unlikely event of an emergency, please stay calm and await instructions from the crew.

This ticket is designed for a free and easy roundtrip ferry service on weekends and public holidays, offering various departure timings. This flexibility allows you to plan your island exploration and adventure at your own leisurely pace, in line with the ferry schedule.

Your ferry ticket allows a single island-hop from St. John’s to Kusu before returning to Marina South Pier. With a Round Trip Ferry Ticket, passengers can conveniently board a ferry at Marina South Pier to explore the captivating Southern Islands of Singapore. 

This ticket includes visits to St. John’s Island, Lazarus Island, and Kusu Island. On weekdays, enjoy a flexible roundtrip ferry service with multiple departure times, allowing you to plan your island adventures at your pace. Follow the ferry schedule to maximize your time exploring the diverse charms of these islands.

Rescheduling your ticket is possible. Your ticket remains valid for the return trip to Marina South Pier the following day, even for extended stays.

Simply check the ferry schedule for your intended return day from the island. Please note that overnight stays or camping on Kusu Island are not permitted.

Ticket cancellations are not available as tickets are non-refundable. We recommend planning your trip carefully to make the most of your island experience.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for purchased tickets. We recommend securing your tickets online in advance to guarantee your seat and avoid any inconveniences.
